TekMark Australia has developed a strong co-operative relationship with VMS International, following their appointment by Tektronix as the Authorised Service Provider (ASP) in Australia.
The selection of VMS as the Tektronix ASP acknowledges the company’s high levels of competency and commitment to excellent service. VMS laboratories are NATA accredited, with an ISO Quality Management System that ensures traceability and the highest degree of accuracy of measurement for all work carried out.
In a continuing effort to further improve quality of service, VMS have recently relocated all Tektronix service and calibration facilities to their Sydney Service Centre. This facility will be the central co-ordination point for repair and calibration services for all Tektronix Instrumentation Products including Oscilloscopes, Signal Sources, Video Test Instruments, Logic Analysers and Spectrum Analysers.
