NEW - Master SPG Solution from Tektronix with Integrated GPS Receiver & Timecode Generation
The GPS7 GPS Synchronization and Timecode Module includes an integrated GPS receiver which serves as the system timing reference. Timecode is available as VITC on black outputs, and from four independent LTC outputs. Timecode can be selectable to the time-of-day (with user-selectable offsets), or to a “program time” counter for elapsed-time timecode.

· Integrated GPS receiver, offering simpler installation than alternatives using external GPS modules or “smart antennas”.
· Three analog video reference outputs, configurable as NTSC or PAL black burst, or HD tri-level sync. One output can optionally be configured as the 10 MHz continuous wave output from the GPS receiver.
· VITC (Vertical Interval Time Code) insertion on black burst signals.
· Four independent LTC (Linear Time Code) outputs.
· ATC (Ancillary Time Code) insertion on the HD-SDI outputs of any HDVG7 modules installed in the same TG700 mainframe.
· Configurable per-output timecode offsets, offering the ability to generate timecode for multiple time zones, for example.
· NTP (Network Time Protocol) server via the TG700’s LAN interface.

For a limited time, Tektronix and TekMark Australia will offer all customers additional discount on Sync Pulse Generator (SPG) configurations of the TG700 TV Signal Generator Platform. These configurations consist of a TG700 mainframe plus either a GPS7 GPS Synchronization and Timecode Module or AGL7 Analog Genlock Module, which are entry-level configurations for sync pulse applications. The mainframe would also have three available slots for additional modules, which can be purchased at the same time or at a later date.

Program Details and Rules
- A “TG700 master SPG” system configuration consists of a TG700 mainframe plus the GPS7 GPS Synchronization and Timecode Module.
- A “TG700 slave SPG” system configuration consists of a TG700 mainframe plus the AGL7 Analog Genlock Module.
- Customers receive 20% discount off local List Price for either of these configurations.
- Additional TG700 modules (such as BG7, HDVG7, DVG7, AG7) can be ordered at the same time, but these are not subject to the same discount as the mainframe plus GPS7 or AGL7 modules.
- The configuration discounts for the TG700 and GPS7 or AGL7 cannot be combined with other discounts available through other promotions.
- Discounts for other modules ordered at the same time may apply.
- The purchase order must be placed and accepted by 28th August, 2009.
- Scheduled deliveries will not apply
- The program only applies to new products. Reconditioned TekSelect products are not eligible.
