Registration Policy
Registration forms must be completed and submitted together with full payment of course fees to TekMark Sdn Bhd at least 7 days before commencement of the course. Once payment is received, your place is automatically reserved. Fee includes lectures, full training materials, lunches, refreshments and Certificate of Attendance. Otherwise, your registration is treated as unconfirmed. Delegates might be refused admission if payment is not received prior to the event. Minimum 3 participants to conduct per session. Cancellation Policy All cancellation of registration must be made in writing. If you are unable to attend : a) A substitute delegate is acceptable at no additional charge provided we are notified in writing; b) Your registration may be credited to another training program held within 12 months; c) You will receive a full refund less 10% administrative charge if cancellation is received in writing more than 14 days before the event; d) You will receive 80% refund less 10% administrative charge if cancellation is received within 7-14 days before the event. e) No cancellation will be accepted within 7 days of the event start date. However, full training documentation will be sent to the delegate. f) Confirmed registrants who fail to attend and do not cancel their registration in advance are liable for the entire fee.
